Admission Requirements

In order to be considered for this program, a student must have completed a baccalaureate degree in the sciences from an accredited university in the United States (foreign students should contact the program director for eligibility information). A prospective student must have received an education that offers the potential for professional school admission. Prospective students will need a solid background in both Biology and Chemistry through the level of Organic Chemistry. The following are required for admission to the certificate program: An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale)

  • GRE combined score of 300 (new score) or 1100 (old score) (verbal and quantitative) or better
  • and/or an MCAT score of 500 (new score) or 21 (old score) or higher
  • and/or a DAT score of 17 or higher
